Liza Loor, EFCA

Liza (pronounced lie-za) is a complex lady that will either hug you or body slam you, depending on her mood. She is an agent of the EFCA (Eorzean Food & Consumable Administration) and is eerily good at quoting bylaws. Her skills at paperwork are unmatched as she is able to complete such with supernatural speed.
Her hobbies involve large knives, shopping for the fanciest clothing and baubles, the aforementioned paperwork, and burying people under loads of that paperwork. Sometimes literally.

Some say her acute sense of smell is actually a super power. Whether it be rotten produce or shady dealings, she will sniff it out.
